Romantasy Writers sells digital products that are delivered electronically after purchase. Because digital products cannot be returned once they have been delivered or accessed, purchases are generally considered final.
That said, I want you to be able to use what you purchased. If you receive the wrong product, have trouble accessing or downloading your files, accidentally make a duplicate purchase, or experience another problem with your order, please contact me. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
